What is Mudifly?+
Mudifly is a mobile app for short-term rental and vacation rental managers. It combines a booking calendar, expense tracking, profit analytics, and team collaboration in one place, so you can run Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct bookings from your phone.
Is Mudifly free to use?+
Yes. The free plan includes up to 2 properties with every feature — bookings, expenses, analytics, and team roles. Paid plans simply raise the property limit, starting at $9/month for 4 properties.
How does Mudifly prevent double bookings?+
Every booking is checked for date conflicts twice: once in the app before you save, and again by a constraint at the database level. Overlapping confirmed bookings on the same property are rejected automatically.
Can I track expenses and profit per property?+
Yes. Expenses can be linked to a specific property or logged as general overhead. The dashboard shows net balance, monthly revenue and expenses, occupancy rate, and revenue by channel — with revenue accrued night by night for accurate monthly figures.
Can my co-host and cleaning team use it?+
Yes. Invite teammates by email and assign a role: owner, admin, member, or cleaner. Cleaners get a dedicated cleaning-task view with checkout reminders and never see prices, revenue, or expenses.
