Delete Your Account & Data

You have the right to permanently delete your Mudifly account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what data is deleted, how to do it from the app, and how to request deletion by email.

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your profile (name, avatar, email)
  • All workspaces you own — including every property, booking, expense, guest, and calendar entry inside them
  • Your membership in any shared workspaces (the shared workspace itself is not deleted)
  • Your push notification tokens
  • Your notification inbox history
  • Your account credentials (you will be signed out of all devices)

What Is Retained

  • Anonymised activity log entries in shared workspaces (actor name replaced with "Deleted User") — retained for workspace integrity and audit purposes, deleted after 90 days.

How to Delete From the App

  1. Open the Mudifly app and sign in.
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom.
  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm twice.
  5. Your account and all data are permanently deleted immediately.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account:

We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation.
