By downloading or using Mudifly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Service Description

Mudifly is a mobile application for short-term rental property managers. It provides tools to manage properties, bookings, expenses, team workspaces, and analytics.

2. Accounts

  • You must be 13 years or older (16 in the EU) to use the app.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings.
  • No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
  • Existing property data is preserved if you downgrade — you simply cannot add new properties beyond your plan limit.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Share your account credentials with others outside your workspace.

5. Data and Privacy

Use of Mudifly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, and code remain the property of Mudifly. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or indirect damages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration if necessary.
